I've done lots of experiments involving no fap and found basically no difference. I've gone a solid 3 months with 0 fapping and didn't get any notable results in any of the fields following:

>Cardio, Running + Swimming
>Motocross(Big fucking Jumps and crazy tracks, not casual trails or pussy shit)
>Lifting
>Working
>Motivation
>Mental sharpness
>Gaming reflexes, I was on the H1Z1 leaderboards a year ago and reached T500 in OW

Finally I'll add two things, fapping during the day can cause minor reflex issues for an hour or so after which is why I keep it a night time activity. Secondly there's kind of a funk, at least for me, that if I don't fap at least once every two days I feel off in activities. After a week that goes away if you are nofap mode and you are basically like your old self.

You should experiment, you want to get to the middle ground of your libido, where you don't feel like your dick is about to explode as soon as you set eyes on a female, but you can get hard fairly easily without external sources. Everyone is different so I'm not going to give you the exact amount of days you should go, but when you start feeling like the former, give yourself some porn to cool off, but don't indulge.

My amount was around every 4-5 days. Obviously you should force for the first week, but you'll get the hang of it, and you'll know when you should. Treat it like a cheat day.
