For two years I took weight training at my high school and kinda just messed around with machines, but I've been on the 5/3/1 BBB program for a month now. I never really dieted but probably ate about 2500 calories a day, now I eat maybe 3000-ish cuz I go running and biking most days

Since you're actually on a routine it definitely shouldn't take you any longer than a year to look like me. Like I said, I didn't actually follow one until really recently. I should let you know that I end up doing a lot of cardio throughout the day because I bike to get around.

Also, since you mentioned you have no muscle, I would advise that you bulk up before shedding some weight. I didn't, but I wish I had.

You don't have to eat like a fatass to bulk brah, just eat 500 calories above your maintenance. You'll barely put on any visible fat at your state, and the payoff when it's time to cut down will be absolutely worth it

That's a lot of volume. If you can handle it go ahead. Make sure you're in a surplus.

Judging by your body, you have very little muscle. If you cut now, you wouldn't get a good lean look you're thinking about. Give yourself at least 6 months of solid bulking and assess where you're at.

You could also consider a basic 12-16 week 500mg Test E as long as you're fucking smart about it.

Yes, I was able to do it last week (currently on my rest day), but I struggled to do basic bicep curls near the end.
