on monday i would do a DL variation like pause DLs instead of regular DLs

unless its a typo i would do the DL before squats on thursday, same for bench and ohp on on friday

i would do add some quad assistance in the lower days, i like single leg presses

i would add chins between bench and ohp to give some rest to your "pushing" muscles

i would go RPE on the 5x5s instead of 90% and if i had to do it with percentages, it would be something like 87%

Should I do DL variations if my deadlift is still shit in comparison to my other lifts?
I had major form problems and fixed them just recently

paused DLs can help a lot with your form since it doesnt change the bar path or shit like that in anyway, at least not if you pause right off the floor. shouldn't be a problem

Nuckols 3x int med bench is solid. Definitely a good starting point for benching 3x a week.

I think as long as you don't do the 2x3 too heavy it should be fine. You'll have to try it and judge for yourself to see if you're recovering well.

Modified Texas Method:
Monday: VD Bench + back + arms
Tuesday: VD Squat + accessories (glutes, quads, hams, lower back) + Cardio
Wednesday: Light Bench
Thursday: Light Squat + Cardio
Friday: Intensity Bench + accessories
Saturday: Intensity Squat + accessories + Cardio

If you're doing an upper/lower split the light days are a waste of time

FYI there are about a half-dozen modifications of Texas Method in the 3rd Edition of Practical Programming. Many of them bench heavy twice a week. Some of them are three-day, many of them are 4-day splits.

You should get a copy of the book and read it, and try one of those modifications.

Low volume (at least in the first 2 months). And you repeat the same workout some weeks. If the intensity was dropped and the number of sets were a little higher then it might be fine.
