user , I eat 3300 Kcals , I lift heavily 4 time a week and do more than 2 hours of biking a day , I time my meal really well and all of those 50g of carbs are gone in less than 2 hours after the meal .

you aren't in ketosis at 50g net carbs.

and all of those carbs come with 1.5 their amount in fiber , the glycemic index / load must he ridiculously small .

If you eat 20g of white sugar before playing World of warcraft you will surely blunt your ketone production .

If you eat 40g of white before a workout you may blunt it but it'll go back to normal level quickly

It all depend of your levle of fat adaptation , getting 100% FULL fat adaptation can take up to 12-24 month .
