Getting used to new shoes only takes a few sessions, don't overthink it

Only TM has you squatting 3x week, all other UL splits have you squatting twice. There is literally nothing wrong with not squatting on recovery day
I was thinking of hill sprints too but it isn't a lift per se, that's why I'm looking for input

Is Brett Gibbs a bit stupid?
He keeps putting up "@8" singles on instagram that are clearly grinders. Does he think RPE8 means "8/10 difficulty" or what? Because clearly he can't bench 210 or squat 302.5 for a triple, which is what RPE8 actually means.

Texas Method has split programs in the book, too. All of them squat 2x/week and many of them bench heavy 2x/week.

Also, how long and heavy should wrist wraps be? I'm looking to buy some from Strengthshop, but I don't really know which ones will be good for powerlifting.
