I mean i did gain 17kgs (37 pounds) in those 8 months and am reasonably lean, I started from seriously nothing. Werent strong enough to bench the bar for the first month. I know i still have a lot of work to do, and Ill keep going.

130kg x 5reps DL (have a bit of scoliosis so I take it slow with DL)

Cutting now, currently at 80kg

Keep going, eat more and you'll escape skelly mode. Maybe do some ab exercises and focus on shoulders and lats to get the v-taper.
Focus on lats and chest. After that, try to cut down some bodyfat.

Physique looks pretty godly IMO, and props on the bench.

Maybe consider working on your spinal erectors and obliques more if you're looking to "widen".

deadlifts will thicken up your core, maybe intensify your core workout, i.e. leg raises, cable pulls, oblique twists,...

yeah ive started doing spinal erector excercises at the end of my back days, the pump kills me and makes the drive home almost unbearable lol
obligues is something i wanna work more, cus since theyre so underdeveloped at the moment it makes my hips look wide even though they arent, a scewed mental picture of yourself is a hell of a thing huh..

deadlifts are one of my favorites, but i havent done it in a while since i hurt something in my lower back when doing a 200kg "silver dollar deadlift" or "partial deadlift", havent mustered the courage to do them again but it might be time

Definitely don't rush it then. But if you want a thick core, but are afraid of the weight, you can also try to do low weight, high volume deads? they will still thicken and strengthen your core, without being so taxing on the lower back.

definitely try to exercise obliques and spinal erectors, they fill up your core good.
