I work out at 6am and eat lunch directly at 1, but i constantly sip on bcaa

I do 16/8 usually but sometimes I skip dinner too turning it into 24 hour fasts.

That's the minimum. It's better if you do it for 18-20 hrs.

Doing 20/4 with keto right now and honestly I'm never hungry. I used to be a skinny fat retard who would binge eat all the time. I think all the binge eating helped a lot because I usually eat about 3500calories in one meal during my eating window. Black coffee about an hour after waking up and plenty of water and I have a ton of energy and no hunger thanks to the coffee. I also fast all of Saturday and only eat about 700cal sundays.

You're body starts getting elevated levels of GH after 12 hours of fasting so a 16 period fast gives you more time to reap those juicy fasting gains. Like said though longer is better
