Yeah I know, will probably never reach it, but it is the ideal body I am working towards, I will just try and get as close as I can natty

About 2000 now. Took a break after 7.00 came out but I've been playing everyday practically for the past two months.
Yeah I like the program a lot, I'm currently running it my second time through. It's pricey but you can do it forever basically because you input accessory and some primary lifts from the hundred or so that they list and the set/rep count is flexible.

They also give you two really good warm ups for upper and lower body which are like a godsend.

Using old template without the book. If I had a book to add it would be:
The Power of Your Subconscious Mind

One of the best grills to walk the earth
7.5/10

Just started reading Starship Troopers with a friend. It's a good book, need to make some more time for it.

8.75/10 for Judas Priest and milk

Do you have the bars for farmer walks? I've always wanted to get some.

My gym has them. Makes a world of difference. I use them with fat gripz for giant forearm and bicep gains.

Interesting... Veeky Forums has some really good taste in lit. Did not expect that.

>Pratchett

I approve of every single thing on this.

>Favorite lift
OHP
>Least favorite
Squats probably
>Gym music
Usually some of the heavier stuff I have, like Metallica. Not really into metal anymore though.

5'9", 180 lb, 17%.

Teaching myself guitar, and I occasionally write, though I'm not nearly good enough at either yet to share with the world.

Do you know how much time you would be wasting on filling these out? And how many of us truly know or understand what we want??

That's why I just typed mine. Far less time consuming than scouring the internet for images to paste on a template.
