But an all raw vegan diet is probably the best if you wanna PURELY lose weight fast. You'll probably feel like shot after a while tho

Anorexia is a mental disorder honey its not something you can catch like the flu

Its looking at yourself in the mirror, seeing an objectively skinny or healthy body, and legitimately thinking "Im fat and need to lose weight"

If you just starve yourself then you'll be a smaller blob of fat and eventually just ugly skin and bones. You need some lean body mass, trust me, and you only get that by eating the right amount of healthy foods, lifting weights, and doing cardio.

BUT who am I to stand between a fatty and a skeleton.

Low calorie foods:
-Spices (Salt, cinnamon, garlic, etc all make soups and broths taste divine)
-Vegetables (Green ones are best)
-Protein Shakes
-Lentils
-Water
-Black coffee
-Cigarettes
-Egg whites

Protip though: half the battle is just resisting the urge to eat, so find lots of ways to distract yourself. Books, MPA boards, video games like WoW, etc etc. The less you think about food the better.

Also be prepared to be in baggy clothes all the time because, with true anorexia, you'll feel disgusting at literally any body shape/size so will wear horrible shapeless clothes just like you do now. Only you'll look disgustingly hollow in the face, feel like shit and have no energy all the time, and still hate everything you see in the mirror.

The only cure to having a shit body is to put in some fucking effort, actually eat but healthy foods at the right amounts, and do some fucking exercise like everyone else. If none of that sounds attractive, then you clearly don't want a good-looking body all that much

That isn't a bad idea necessarily but be aware the road will be quicker if you just start now.

Look into keto. If you've never lifted before then you can build muscle on a deficit, so basically you'll be able to lose fat at super fast rates while also building enough muscle to not be just a skeleton.

It'll require a lot of willpower though. Good news is it'll take probably not even 6 months, which is about how long it'd take to lose weight anorexically anyway.

If you really are adverse to eating though then water and coffee are your saviors. Chew sugarfree gum or smoke cigarettes too. Anytime you get hungry and dont want to eat just down a few glasses of water, and/or make some black coffee. No calories in any of those things so they're literally free, and will fill your stomach so you think you're full.

i can vouch for this. i basically have 1 meal a day now. it helps if you're preoccupied doing other things. also water fasting helps tie you over too.

my aunt was anorexic and she survived for over 30 years on orange juice

you could try something like that, but I doubt you would make it very long considering you cannot force yourself to "become" anorexic

I fucking hate having to eat. It's the biggest pain in the ass so if I could make it down to one meal a day and still lift without feeling lightheaded I would be eternally grateful
