>balding
it's over guys

fuckign sucks how did you break it

work the other arm ?

I drink until the pain goes away, or is at least dulled, then I lift anyway.

Yes, this does lead to more injury. But you can always just repeat the drinking part again

lmao just go deadlift you pussy fuck

Hope you like doing leg press

>how do you people cope with injury
Don't do stupid shit that leads to it in the first place.

Just work on muscles not bothered by injury. Lots of lower body/core/cardio

football, pretty common keeper injury

hurting the ball of your foot isn't too common where I come from

sucks senpai

hair is the key to happiness

i know man, I've been bald since I was 22, my life completely changed. Literally nobody talks to me. I'm invisible to everyone. I get ridiculed most days of the week. People say things that they don't think much of, but it stabs DEEP. Things like "lol dude what happened to your hair" or "bro why are you balding already?"

...

lol ur bald

Looks like I lucked out big time.

I'm 27 and my hairline just started to recede last year - full head of hair otherwise.

Tip - Stop shampooing your hair every day if you're doing so. Just rinse or shampoo it once or twice a week (I usually do once a week after leg day since that's when I sweat like crazy). My receding hairline has slowed down and my hair has gotten thicker ever since.

also I should add, I've been COMPLETELY NORWOOD 7 BALD since I was 22, not jus "slight receding hairline"

What causes such premature balding? Genetics?

no i just felt like balding

Thinking about talking to my doctor about starting fin, I'm only 20 and I think it's receding

enjoy your low test. still better than balding tbqhwyf

>fuck up some muscle around my shoulder at work
>after two weeks still hurts
>finally see doctor
>doctor says I'm not allowed to lift anything heavier than 10lbs with my right arm
>boss says I can't come into work until doctor clears me
>just been sitting at home, smoking weed, reading, and jerking off southpaw
>just want to get back to making money and lifting

This is fucking torturous, it's like I can feel myself becoming broke and weak

Yeah, I don't give a shit about low test, I just don't want to go bald

Fuck dude take it easy, seriously. Fucked my wrist up and didn't think anything about it. Literally in pain for a while year before I go to the doctors for Xrays(In a Neanderthal who doesn't care about little things I guess) and the doc said I had broken it but it should be healed by that point because he can see the xrays. The issue was that I kept working out the entire time I was I injured and now I have a serious imbalance. Like left pec is larger (because I hurt my right wrist) from compensating. Just enjoy the time off and learn something else.

I'm with ya op at least you can walk

I've been sitting at home for 7 weeks with a broken ankle. Cast comes off tomorrow

My advice for you would be to keep busy. Go out with friends, watch movies, do anything to keep you occupied or you'll lose your mind. I still have another few weeks of stretching and physio before I'm back to 100%

become that bald guy from pornhub

Lmao

4 weeks and going after my acl surgery. After 2 months Im allowed to go to the gym, but I cant do judo. I have to wait a full year to go back to judo.

Scaphoid?

You've got to own your baldness, wear a hat, make it part of your style

but then again I'm not a hairlet lol

Distal radial

Expect to lose half your muscle mass to atrophy

Guys, i have elbow tendonitis. How do i keep my muscles from going to shit if i cant press? should i just do flyes and focus on squats and deadlifts while im out?

There is no way that kid is 175lbs

tendonosis***

>glue a dumbbell to your forehead
>squat anyways

Look up online how to block DHT, 20 is too young to be losing hair naturally, youre losing it because all the excess estrogen you take in

Try this
scientificamerican.com/article/how-to-grow-stronger-without-lifting-weights/

Maybe it's bullshit, maybe not. But it's free, easy, and if it works you could avoid losing more gains (or at least some strength)

Let us know how it went
>fit science

'Lucked out bigtime'
Lmao bro I would say it could have been worse but you nowhere near 'Lucked out'

30 and a Fabio mane.
Knock on wood.

Sounds like it's time for SQUATS

don't fall for this meme

Wait until your 100% recovered and then return.
Everyone is prone to injuries even if its outside the gym.
Take it easy, rest and recover.

Don't do retarded shit and let it heal properly brah
If you spend the time you'd be training by studying a new language instead, by the time you heal you'll be able to maintain a basic conversation with an exotic qt of your choice

Even with that injury you can do leg presses, calf raises, and probably a few different ab/core exercises. You can also still do plenty of HIIT or cardio workouts.

Just don't do any exercise that relies on arm movement for awhile. It's not ideal necessarily, but you can still use this as an opportunity to get some pretty sik gainz while you wait. You may enter T-Rex mode, but who fucking cares, you're making the most of what you currently have.

Give your body the proper amount of time to heal.

/thread.

watch videos on how people with no forearms train

Im going to see what the ortho says, i cant imagine that cardio/hiit would be ruled out. Sucks not to lift but i need to do something, anything.

thats lucky, scaphoid fraction is pretty painful
