Why would low frequency program as TM be better than this?

Have you been lifting consistently for 3-4 years and the gym is your life? Or are you on roids? Then work out 6 days a week. Otherwise other things are more optimal for you

These workout should last 40min max, likely under 30min usually.

Depends on your training goals. If you want to lift heavy, go fullbody. If you're more interested in aesthetics, go with something like this.

The whole point of this program is to avoid going overboard on volume. The author makes a point about how too many people train super high volume that only works if you're on gear. This program is designed to keep the volume for individual workouts at an appropriate level.

it's not half bad, but more in the sense that any programmed lifting will yield results at some point better than completely unstructured iron hauling. nothing grossly wrong, nothing entirely new, classic thib.

Imo the frequency is a little aggressive and I think your nervous system is going to get fried. xA1B1xA2B2x with 2-3 more exercises per day is better in my opinion, but if you find you can handle it without getting fatigued the layout should be fine.

Also idk if you guys read the article properly, you're supposed to be switching exercises every 1-3 weeks to avoid the BLoA, so you shouldn't be keeping this exact program every week, this is just an example. He gives the general template in the article.

Imo romanian deadlift when done properly is not a good deadlift substitute. It is a good deadlift accessory.

I'm also wary about it's placement, you want to be very tight in the ol legs for curls and bent over laterals with any significant weight. I don't see how romanian deads would benefit.

I'm not so keen on these sort of programs either with too much day to day variation. WoD-like strength work is bad.

There is a difference between between squatting in every one of the three workouts, and not squatting at all. I myself didn't do SS. How come all the top lifters from any discipline, including competitive bodybuilding, do squats? DLs too?

It's a push pull 2 day split, pull days are called A, push days B. A1 A2 A3 all hit the same muscles in the same order but different lifts, like wise for B1 B2 B3.
