Do you guys think he'll be able to lose the weight after he gets the surgery on his stomach?
It's basically impossible to not lose weight doing what he's doing right? I mean, I've heard you just vomit up food if you eat too much, so you literally can't even force feed no matter how hungry you are.
He will lose weight, probably get motivated and get to a somewhat respectable weight.
Then a few years down the line he will slip back into old habits and it will all creep back on.

he lost a shit ton of weight, ran marathons, became healthy at a healthy weight
3-4 years later, old habits creep up and he's back to the same size

I think he's likely to be one of those people who think he can cheat it by liquidfying his food. It causes complications but instant gratification types like boogie don't care about tmw but only the immediate gratification food brings them.

If you go by some of those reality TV shows who follow people who get that surgery done yes he'll loose weight.
He'll still be fat though, and kind of miserable and if he ever reverses the surgery he'll gain it all back and more.
