That honestly looks like shit, desu.

Looks no worse than a totinos which is nutritionally shit

>50g protein
>540 calories
could be worse. when i eat something like that, i just down like a liter of protein powder.

it's usually worth it. it makes me a bit weary-minded to only eat the same strict stuff every day of the week, so sometimes it's nice to treat yourself.

someone send me a real good pizza thanks

what ingredients did you use? pepperoni and cheese can't be the only protein heavy things in there

>Something looks like shit
>It looks just marginally better that something else that looks like shit
>Thing 1 is now suddenly not shit anymore

Nice logic there bud.

Its a company that makes them.

The crust is a chicken breast encrusted with parmesean cheese. It isnt really mushy or anything, the outer edges were the same texture as normal thin crust pizza.

Nah, for those macroes it looks alright.

OP whats the crust made of?

stop being stupid!! when you want to eat pizza, make sure you don't eat carbs and fats the rest of the day, also if you eat more than you need to bulk, eat less the next day, it isn't rocket science

see

>consume shit just in small quantities

So wait, the crust is chicken?

skyr with muesli, honey, and various seeds

tastes fucking delicious and is relatively healthy

Siggis is god tier yogurt

siggi's is too expensive for me to justify it, but yeah it's good. even off-brand greek strained yoghurt is like $8 a quart.

t. about to order some kefir grains+rennet and start culturing my own milk

What other skyr brand is there (in the US)?

Sips

yeah

see how to make your own here delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/recipes/a52193/bbq-chicken-crust-pizza-recipe/

Just had one of those bad bois for lunch. They are pretty pricy (I paid almost 7 bucks for one) but for the macros and taste it's almost worth it as a good treat.

Anyone know of good alternatives to Quest bars? I like em but they're too expensive. Lots of other bars have the same 20gs of protein, but they don't have as much (if any) dietary fiber.

Protein bars are by nature pretty expensive user. I feel like you're getting the best bang for your buck with the Quest bars, plus they're often sold at a discount. At least here where I live. also S'mores master race representing.

I got you senpai

Kirkland protein bars. 20 for ~17, good macros, insane jaw gains.

That little pizza is not 50g protons

Yes it is.

>25g of protein

Where the fuck are you getting 50

I..its so small tho..

>servings per container
>2

Its 2 servings. He doubled what he posted.

Eh if it works it works op. Personally I just eat a pizza on cheat day and in between eat 1 serving of cheese on a low carb soft taco shell.

You guys got any simple meals you cook in one pot?

It is I just ate this

>half a pizza (270cal)
>8 ounces 96% lean beef (280cal)
>2 cups of grilled vegetables (100cal)

That's a hell of a meal for 650 calories.

Where'd you buy that senpai? I'd eat those all the time if they were p.cheap

But it has all the protein

Kroger
>5.99 each

Pretty pricey but I use them as a healthy treat for myself on occasion.

BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP

>tfw this sound always reminds you of the sound of a dirtbike

Am I gay?

imagine how processed that shit is

The fiber in quest bars comes from the sweetener they use and is not actually helpful for digestion or bowel movements.

its chicken breast and cheese.

Cookies and cream > chocolate brownie > cookie dough > white chocolate raspberry >>>>> vanilla power bar >>> dog shit >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>smores

>spending $20 on keto "pizzas"
>buying souped up Atkinsā„¢ bars with tons of preservatives and sweeteners

Jesus Christ, why not just fast a few days, and pig out one day on whatever you want? Saves a ton of money, and is healthy as fuck.
