half a glass of sourcherry juice topped off with ice cold sparkling water

lots of tea afterwards

before bed:
200g yogurt with a scoop

Water, and generally after a period of time you get used to it. I'm assuming it has something to do with the type of food i'm eating (wholemeal, oats, etc.). But i'm not sure, it's just easy for me at this point.

The beginning though, I struggled a lot to stay under 2000 calories. Luckily being a poor fag means not being able to access lots of food nor fast food.

If I were to do some biking, whereas I prob get a nice 1000 burnt calories, I need to make sure to eat for those.
I could say, "wew, sure am gonna lose fast now", but by doing this, I'm sure to lose muscles faster and fuck my metabolism.

The key for cutting appropeiately is to make aure you habe a kal deficit WITH liftong included.
You don't have to go all out. You can actually pretty much be fine with just dumbells, but still it's better than only cardio.

To make it simple: I'm 187cm, 99kg (currently), estimated at 27% body fat according to the Navy calculator. My TDEE is 2'317cal at sedentary level, and my BMR 1'931cal in estimation.

I'm definitely eating less than a 500cal deficit, so I'll take your advice and reign it in a bit. I lift Monday, Wednesday, Friday, though i obviously am feeling weaker due to my cutting, and i take supplements to help me stay away from Malnutrition. Cardio is Tuesday and Thursday, and i do university full time, so i go roughly 3/5 weekdays to that as well.

Fun fact, if you do cardio every day except sunday you'll lose fat much faster
