Pic is my post workout meal. 500g chicken breast, 2 tomatoes, 1 zucchini, 7g olive oil and a little bit of tomato sauce and sriracha. Just 700 calories with 120g protein. Fills you up real good even if you're a fatty

No, vegetable oil or butter. Sesame is a finishing oil and is not used for cooking.

All lifters should look into some very basic Chinese/Asian stirfry recipes.

1. Peanut/Canola oil
2. Add garlic (and hot pepper if your not a pussy)
3. Onion and Green pepper
4. Fry a bit with a splash of soy sauce
5. Add meat (chicken)
5. Soy sauce and splash of vinegar to taste
6. Any other seasoning you fuck with
7. Fry until meat is cooked through
8. (Mix in rice or pasta if bulking)

Well to me a normal meal is a whole steamed brocolli, couple egg whites, some lentils and an avocado for dessert.
So OP's pic is a cheat meal to me

Black pepper, paprika, some broth powder if you have any. Salt if you want
