this, there is more to it but I doubt anyone cares, mainly I was just tired of more than half of my effort in lifting going into one exercise that I was stalled incredibly hard on for years
I still deadlift and do deadlift variants because I enjoy them, and that hits my hamstrings and glutes. I then just do some direct quad work. Fwiw I never got much mileage out of squats for my quads (proportions/""foldability"" play a big role in that)
I just ate 5 slices of Little Ceaser's with ranch.

I absolutely hate deadlifts. Easily the worst part of working out, always has been.

I hate curls. They're boring as fuck. I'd literally rather do any other exercise.
I don't really like them either. I've found hammer curls are a bit better but still bretty dull
Counted warm up sets as sets all week. Typical.
