i lost a lot of weight but im starting to eat again, it's not crazy i still dont eat like chocolate and fastfood because i dont like them anymore. But i have to lose more weight and i don't know what im lacking i just can't get back on track.

Figure out what you're focusing on in the diet and stick to it. You can eat tons of protein and carbs and sculpt muscles by working out a ton. You can keep your carbs low and fats high and burn without working out. And yes, you can lose weight by just keeping yourself under your maintenance by several hundred calories, but it's a lot harder if you're not suppressing your appetite by filling up with fats/veggies or working out
