Do big forearms just come by working on biceps, or do I really have to work on them alone?

Do wrist curls just like Arnold says.

Do diddlys

enjoy getting carpel tunnel syndrome

this is the only choice

This looks good.
I want my forearms to be HUGE!

I made a mounted wrist roller out of some pvc, a hose clamp a rope and a carabiner. Seems to isolate the forearms pretty well.

I feel like this is a joke that I'm stupid for not getting.

I have the exact reverse problem user.
I want to grow my biceps, but seem to be working my forearms instead.

I did Reverse Curls with an EZ Bar and Wrist Curls with DB and fat grips like Bruce Lee used to do. Worked really well.

diddlys = deadlifts.

few things will work your grip quite like holding several hundred pounds a few feet off the floor

Ohhhhh
Never heard them called 'diddlys' before lol

90% of questions asked here are solved by doing diddlies

Popeye?

Welcome to /fit

As with everything, if you want to develop something you have to isolate it. This is a fundamental part of bodybuilding.

pullups, deadlifts, rows, and curls

preferably all one after another. superset some shrugs somewhere in there and your forearms will be on fire.

Reverse curls brah

This guy looks like the guy in the 'Where do you work out?' comic.

the rice bucket is an awesome way to get strong as fuck forearms

how is nobody sayin chin or pull ups boiiiis

I do deadlifts and my job requires me to lift heavy shit that is hard to grip. My wrists and forearms have grown quite well.
