Thanks, I think I have a decent frame, I'm still DYEL as fuck tho

Can you list the accessories? I'm thinking about doing pic related after two months of SS. Need to improve my upper body more

Also how do I get over the fear of hurting myself doing deadlifts? I think I'm capable of more but I don't wanna fuck myself up

Just don't do it anymore. 2pl8 is enough for deadlift and squat. Focus Isolation.

Yep. Everything is going as expected.

I was aiming for 3 plate for squat and deadlift 2 plate for bench and 1 plate for ohp

Front Squat 165 / Squat 200
Deadlift 250
OHP 125
Bench 180

I do lunges, cable rows, chest flies, triceps pushdowns, lat pull downs and pullovers, sometimes I do shrugs but I fucking hate them. Leg extensions and hamstring curls. That's pretty much it

Other than deadlift I think its ok. Imo its not worth the risk.

Yes. Although some parts of my upperbody are lagging behind (pic related).

Forgot to add, lifting for 1 year and ~4 months

Careful your lower body is significantly over taking your upper body. Your shoulders are really weak which will give you the t-rex look if your shoulders dont catch up.

I'm happy with how much strength I've maintained from not lifting for almost a year but I want my deadlift to get back to elite before the end of the summer and my squat to be a deader proficient.

Took a couple of breaks within those 6 months because of injuries but overall I'm pretty happy with how strong I've gotten despite them. I feel if my diet was a little bit more consistent I'd have much better stats
