Let's be real here, "rest" is a meme, you are in "form" if you stop going to the gym you become fat or skinny.

By this logic having a more "intense training" generate better profits?

For example: i do legs on tuesdays, if i do legs again on thuerdays as a new routine i get more gains or strenght from that?

In a year you spent like 43 weeks at the gym, if you do this formula is like you had 83 weeks of gains, (2 years of gains in 1 years).

No, past a point there's diminishing, or even negative returns for going to the gym too frequently.
