Non-Americans can't understand this

The Jew part of me wants to sign up just for free food.

I can confirm I'm non-American and I'm utterly baffled.

>free dirty bulk

gonna make it

I don't understand it as an American. Do these people not understand calories? Though I guess some people are able to fit it into their daily expenditure

also the free food aspect of the membership costs extra, right?

chill out guys it's only once a month

One step forward, tow steps backwards, makes sense from a business standpoint.

what if I'm a morning goer and I want pizza? fuck those cunts

This is a test, right?

Everything is a test, RIGHT?!?

Do you have to pay for any of those snacks?
Can you eat them all?
Can I just come to the gym and eat, without training?
How much is planet fitness monthly membership?

>fatties want to lose weight, need gym
>opt for that awesome place with free snacks
A business built on doublethink.

>go to gym
>finish workout
>eat whatever sugar bomb that is
>loose all gains

Do people don't know that a good diet is very much required for results?

it's better to treat people and bill them every step of the way than it is to cure them

Once you understand that most American businesses are built upon a model of perpetual payments and dependancy, it becomes very clear. A fit, healthy and confident user base over uses the equipment and comes in regularly. Low self esteem mom's and beta fatsos that use the gym once a month are good for the machines and keep overhead lower. Cater to these people and profits increase.

you have been visited by fit pepe

>loosing all your gains from eating a donut
you are not training hard enough

Fucking ew

I'd rather dirty bulk in the peace and quiet of my own home than go to a gym that encourages it in public once a month, because they every month the only thing your looking forward to is not losing weight and puking up your greasy ass food.

lookin good bra keep it up

why not yogurt or smoothies or something. why donuts and pizza?

Could it be they get their gym members fat so they have to keep coming back

The jew part of you should be able to run a better cost/benefit analysis than that

lookin good bra keep it up

>Doughnuts
>in the gym
Dafaq is wrong with you burgers?

>tfwn get free calories in RIGHT after a workout provided by my gym

Can you pay for a membership month to month in cash, or do you need to give them a credit card? I have heard stories about them Jewing customers out of cancelling a subscription or overcharging them for a membership.

Having lifted heavy, not cardio, at two PFs, the best you can do at these places:

Body weight stuff. Pullups, pushups, etc.
Dumbell work that you can with the ~60lb max
Leg press, lots of leg press
Pully work. The pull down and row machines are in good condition and go up to like 200lbs.
Machine work, but 2/3 of the machines are useless.

Bagels are healthy, though. Nothing wrong with this until you add the jam.

>jam
>highly processed wheat

Basically the same thing once it hits your stomach acid, bruh.

Why's that user?

no surprise coming from the gym that fit shames

Free Coffee is a plus, I wouldn't touch that other shit.
