Also, bare in mind that traps and delts look smaller on natties because when you go fraud, your traps and delts explode like the dickens. Because every "hot shirtless guy" in Hollywood is on the gas, they all have traps. Some of them are pre-otter dyels, but they still have traps from their tren/test cycle.

this and cheat shrugs are the only answer that give effective results why the fuck do people advise growing your traps by not targeting them directly its the same bullshit as compounds getting you sick biceps

Trying to keep going when your shoulders are maxed out is usually why. Just pull a light weight at first(like 20lbs) to see where they bind. Stop an little below that when you do actual sets.

This, use dumbbells with weight that you can handle 100% correctly or your shoulders WILL be snapped up. Do not use a barbell.

I discovered a new way to do db shrugs that I think work great. Set a bench to incline, lean over with your chest where you normally rest your back against, shrug with heavy dumbbells.

I second this. My traps grew like never before when I quit shrugs and other stupid shit and started focusing on big lifts. Deadlifts and cleans made my traps explode!
