Ayy I have a separated shoulder too. What do you do for chest? I can only do light incline DB press or shoulder starts hurting like a bitch :(

I press almost as much as I bench. I can press 1 plate but I can hardly bench more than 70kg for 5x5. Squat is 140kg (at least it was around new years) and deadlift 165kg something, could probably do 170 with a belt. My standing row is about 80 but form is so bad I substitute the movement with dumbbell or cable.

The fun thing is that I have been trying to correct it in almost every way. Now I have a chest day and work chest in some capacity 3 times a week. That does not work at all (all other lift increase while bench stays the same).

To make things even more fun: the above numbers suggest I’ve been lifting maybe 1 year. The truth is I’ve been at it for about 3. So when you are feeling like a loser. Remember me. I’m here as well.
