Oh, I think this is why I have a lump near my right knee. Huh, interesting.

Also occasionally my right knee will feel kinda painful from squats but never the left one. Knee sleeves make the pain almost completely go away though.

Hurt my shoulder today lads, what do? I was doing floor press after some bench and I went on to hit OHP, and I started feeling a sharp pain doing just the bad

I did a light 3x5 and that kinda hurt but only on the descent not the actual press. I did some DB press and some DB bench, neither of those hurt during the actual pressing, only after I put down the weights. It hurts a tiny bit if I put my hand over my head but mainly only hurts if I stretch out my shoulder or pull on my arm or whatever. How do I fix this

Floor press is known for being bad for your shoulders, I'd recommend sticking to bench
