Best/Quickest Phone Apps to Track Your Lifts?

That's what I've been doing, but I'd like to see a recorded history.

Starting the first stages to make an app to track exercises with graph and maxes and shit. I wanna make it so you can add new exercises with descriptions, and it'll calculate your estimated 1rm and track your progress over time.

A google spreadsheet.

Progression(Android only) is pretty sweet. The developer is pretty quick to respond as well to bugs/ideas.

Did you pay for unlock? I'm only interested in tracking the strength lift ones, isolation I do whatever I can handle

i made myself some simple spreadsheet for 5/3/1 on my computer

ist not too hard to remember the stats of one workout to then put them into the spreadsheet when i get home

I just use a book, feels better to physically record everything

This. You can customize that shit like nothing else with graphs and formulas and stuff. Plus access it anywhere

For ios i would recommend "Strong". It's dead simple and has all you need.

I'm using an APP called PPL to track my progress and it's been great. Switching off of SS and I've never been so satisfied.

I use fitnotes. IMO it's the best tracking app for the gym.

Fitnotes is perfect. Literally the only thing I miss from switching from android to iPhone.

I use symetric strengths app it's pretty simple kind of bad but it works
