1 whole egg + 3-5 whites omelette with cottage cheese and a tomatoe

This is the same diet I followed when I started cutting but since I dropped most of my cardio when I got serious about lifting I gain weight eating the same.

We in Europe has 99% pretty easily available. It is more expensive than the 20% shit. But it is there for the taking.

I've been tracking my calories and trying to get them low while still eating a high amount of protein. As far as I can tell, the only way I'd be able to eat anything carb heavy like rice or bread or pasta is if I ate nothing but chicken breasts, greek yogurt, and cottage cheese for my protein. I doubt I even get 100g of carbs a day on my current diet. Is that bad?

My local supermarket has a 100% one that I'm gonna try next. It's got no sugar so if I can handle that, I'll be completely free of sugar.

I usually eat like this, it's a vegan low calories low GI diet.

I also take multi because otherwise, I would fuck up the sugar:fiber ratio.

suicide cut, don't recommend but if you want to lose fat fast aim to the same amount of calories, it doesn't really matter what you eat, but eating high nutrient rich foods surely help to don't fuck you completely up at the end of the cut, also, fibers.

My carbs are ~200g/day. I try to keep them lower of course, but that is the number that was suggested based on my TDEE and the fact that I am cutting.
