Is there any point to posting a one month progress? Seems like six months is the minimum for any noticeable difference.

Need more obliques and serratus. Having abs for the first time in my life is nice and all but I wish I had better abdominal insertions.

Pplx2 is my routine I always come back to, replaced back squats with front squats because it's easier on my back.

I work at firehouse subs and get free food so I just basically bulked on subs then cut out bread and ate mostly salads to lose the weight.
