I was considering something like his rule of 10, so pretty much a 5x2 squat 5 times per week. I think he recommends RPE 5-6. This seems pretty low desu, I wonder if it would bite me in the ass to push it to RPE 8 since I realise the idea of the program is to make it as easy as possible with least work.

315 is a good milestone, and you should be proud of yourself- just remember to eat properly, get lots of sleep, and program intelligently by lifting with your brain and not your ego, and you'll be turning that into a rep max in no-time

So RPE 6 for 5x2 is actually approx 80%, Im supposed to do this 5x a week for squat and bench. I must be retarded because I still don't understand how it works for increasing my max by a large amount. 50 reps @80% weekly doesn't sound like much at all desu but maybe I'm missing something.
