You are doing very well, hopefully your lifts match your looks. Your shoulders and arms are excellent, I can't see the legs but I'm guessing they're solid. The only issues you have are wide hips and small wrists. To fix the wide hips, you really need more obliques / lats to give you that v-taper. The wrists will be fine as long as you gradually build your arms. Definitely get working on a lot of oblique work though.

Thanks for the input I will definitely start murdering them obliques. My lifts are bench 275x3 deadlift 415x1 squat 315x3. Not impressive but I feel like my height makes it longer to pull and squat which will take more time to get strong in.

Nah. Just been lifting since high school. I had a 3plate bench when I was 19, so maybe I have decent genetics.

Chest is lacking rather hard, I really didn't bench for the longest time, don't make me lie but I think I didn't bench for at least 7 months, I only picked it up again recently as I tore a lower back muscle deadlifting.

Im fairly strong i believe at least for how i look. i can row 60kg for 8 reps (strictly) do a lot of pull ups. And squat 80kg for reps. Just cant get big haha any advice man? I Think about using the juice but i see natty guys like you

Soaking wet maybe, but still, you're just overall not looking big, and if you don't look big at 18% what's the point in cutting to 12? You'll just look small
Just my take though

From 13 to 18 it was pretty much exclusively workouts in football offseason. Basically SS 5x5 with progressive overload and eating a good amount w/ high protein. My legs were pretty small but strong and this past year I've put on quite a bit in legs, doing 3x10 at high percentage of max

probably just need the motivation to then properly bulk in winter...

I would just put on more mass and get yoked, serious, fuck cutting at this point, I lack abs too but fuck me if I will even consider cutting before 100 kg bw.
Your stats are also not that impressive, 1 pl8 OhP at 90kg BW isn't really great, bench is rather bad too as you know, squat (if atg) is decent and so is the Diddly I would say, but those lifts don't really get you a strong look alone, you gotta have the upper body to go with it

My 1RM (strict of course) OHP is 85 kg, I am maybe 2-3 kg heavier than you or so.
