Quick question. I recently started working out about two months ago, and im seeing progress. The thing is though, when it comes to my pectoral muscles, my right pectoral muscle is smaller than my left. Is there a way I can fix this?

What are your stats? How much do you eat?

So there are two philosophies I've seen on this

1. add some dumbbell chest exercises, and let your weaker muscle dictate the weight

2. don't worry about it for now, you're just starting out. as you get bigger that will either fix it self or be unnoticeable to anyone who inst looking for it. if you still believe it to be in issue go back to option 1

my lifts were higher before i got sick last week, but it wasn't amazing higher just enough to bump me to an overall score of 59.9

Is there any possible way to get rid of that hourglass shape? Ive cutted down to 10% bodyfat, and they were still there(bone). I want to try and fill the gap between the "love handle and lower lat, any idea how to do it? Im lifting heavy already, reached 1/2/3/4 for 5rm

thinking you will get any decent answer here is like thinking the earth is flat. lift heavy and clean bulk 6 months and then lift heavy and cut 6 months. Follow 5/3/1 with a bodybuilding split. Eat alot of protein. Drink protein shakes 1 per day. if you still look like shit after 2 years of lifting then stop lifting and do running or something else.

Fix your posture. Shlulders are slouching forward. Do corrective excercises at the end of your workout. Face pulls is a good one. Search for shit on google and you will find a lot of stretches.

What to do?

Depends on your goals. If it's just purely about how you look, then I'd recommend a cut to 10% and then a visit to the doctor about your skin. If you care about strength and you've already been cutting for a while, you might find it hard to cut for another several months while watching your lifts go fucking nowhere though.

Posted this in a CBT earlier. Dirty bulked a little too hard and put on too much fat, going to cut for just a few weeks, then go back to bulking in a cleaner fashion.

Weights were 125/145/165. Here is a better picture.

If your above 15% your body will make more fat than muscle and if your below then it will want to make more muscle

This is one of the reasons why Lyle McDonald says to cut to 10% (so around when abs will be visible) and then bulk to 15%
