Read it before you start taking it. There were people that died even though the amount they were taking were in "safe" range. Those pills you can buy on the internet are made with no safe standards, so it's a pretty easy way of offing yourself.

Won't die in two weeks but that's a fuckload of chicken breast. It's not healthy to eat too much protein or to skip out on vegetables, fiber and other nutrients for a long time. Also you're eating like 6.5 cups of chicken a day. You'll be sick of it.

Jut ate peanut butter and crackers. Still came in at about 1,600 calories but I could have been a lot lower for the day if I had resisted. Also, eating peanut butter just makes me feel like a fatty.

I went to Pizza Hut with friends and had a pizza to myself and half a cookie dough sharer. I guess it's my cheat meal but I'm repenting by trying to eat less than 1000 cal today before getting back on the wagon.

DNP works fine, literally the safest weight loss drug out there as long as you stay under the deadly dose of over 1000mg. People who died abused it because they wanted to lose weight faster, 500 mg is already 1-2 lbs a day which is better and faster than anyone else.

500 mg is fine but only if you're used to 250 mg and slowly ramped up with 250 over a few days first.

Also, I got news that my local McDonalds had been demolished a couple weeks ago to be remodeled. It didn't even phase me even though I had been going there my entire life up until 8 months ago when I banned fast food. It is certainly an interesting feeling knowing that the nearest McDonald's is 8 miles from me and it doesn't even make a difference in my new life.

I considered that, but I like the way it feels. It is a fun reminder. Like, if I'm walking or jogging and thinking about stopping or slowing down, I can reach down and feel a huge amount of excess belt and remember that I still have a long way to go.

i've lost 130 lbs now, and even the spring weather is like fucking torture. it's just too fucking cold. i always used to HATE the heat, but now i want the 90 degree summer days to just fucking start.

Yes, this is my life now. My roommates keep turning the AC down past 75 I'm literally dying. At work is worse, they keep it at 68 there. I keep a blanket under my desk now, along with a pair of mittens and wool socks. This is North Carolina, I shouldn't even have to have mittens and wool socks at all, but my fingernails and lips turn purple otherwise.

I HATE being cold. I have to take hot showers sometimes just to get warm.

I sometimes get thermal problems when doing cardio at these temperatures and need to slow down.
At the moment I drink about 600ml/h when doing cardio outside to stay hydrated even though I am a 60kg dwarf...

I'm 118 lbs, and 5'2", but I also run really slow. The low calorie diet makes me fatigue easily, I can only consistently maintain about a 11 minute mile right now.

Yes, and I've only lost 60 pounds. We had a long winter in the PNW and I was wearing light pullovers as recently as the end of April. Even as it warms up, I'm having this issue.

Yeah I've been having the same issue lately. I started with my limit at 2,000 and dropped down to 1,800 after 2 months of steady weight loss. Then a few weeks ago I just wasn't that hungry and started eating around 1,000-1,200 on average and felt great.

Now the last few day I started feeling more hungry and eating around 1,500 calories and feel like a piece of shit. Also I'm not losing nearly as fast and it feels bad.
