Overnight Oats
I always eat them in the morning bc they are easy af to prepare:

70g Oats
1 scoop whey
few g chia
200ml milk

put in fridge over night and eat in the morning
~550 cals

i eat 1 and a half cups oats, 2 scoops chocolate whey, 2tbsp cocoa, and half a cup of frozen blueberries for breakfast. tastes amazing

My personal recipe:

Make oats on stovetop. Scoop desired amount into bowl. Add a handful for frozen raspberries. Add some milk. The raspberries will thaw due to the heat of the cooked oats. Top with some cinnamon for dat flavor. Stir and enjoy.

I bought some cheap oat flour online not too long ago and it makes everything taste like shit. I try and chug and I can't go 2 gulps in without nearly vomiting.

Idk, my dad did this everyday for years, and he was fine, but chickens are different now. They are grown like plants, they just sit, shit, and grow, so the eggs are a lot more fucked up now. Just be careful and do your research on how to be safe.

If you grind up oats you make out flour which goes well in pancakes. Be warned, the amount of oat flour may not be the same as the amount you would have used of regular flower so you may need to tinker

They definitely don't have to be ground up. They don't taste like much, it's very subtle, but you're in it for the texture. They make things gelatinous.
