Just straight coffee creamer. Just this small bottle is: 2,520 calories.

There's nothing quite like a well made bowl of oatmeal.
I put some wheat germ, milk, crushed almonds, a handful of blueberries, honey, cinnamon, and a tablespoon of vanilla whey protein into my oats. There's nothing else I want to eat in the morning.

I got fooled by pepperidge farm and their whole grain bread

And for that I'd probably have to say some sort of smoothie. Just fill it up with shit like milk, peanut butter, protein powder, all that kinda shit. You could make it really calorie dense really easily.

Really depends on your tastes. A general rule is, the higher the fat content is, the easier it is to eat a lot of calories.
