If you didn't hit 1/2/3/4 (or at least close to it, when you can't linear progress every workout), don't even think about aesthetics. However, SS alone does neglect upper body so just do SS with accessories. Like the template in pic related, idgaf about who made it, it's still a good template.

This is why I couldn't care less about e-stats anymore. I've been lifting for 7 years now and don't OHP, don't barbell benchpress, and for squat I simply do 1 plate or 1 plate and a half and do as many as I can. Deadlift is good though
