I had one slice of black (blood) pudding and a 3 egg omelette with half a red bell pepper, a small white onion, a few mushrooms, two cloves of garlic and some crumbled feta. I finished it off with half a grapefruit and a small glass of OJ.
I eat this most mornings (I mix up the omelettes a little), except Sundays when I have Veeky Forums pancakes (cottage cheese, eggs, oats) with a little maple syrup and lots of fresh fruit. If I'm rushed, I usually throw a green smoothie together with a couple of bananas and some oats.

Apples are good diced fresh with lots of cinnamon, and nutmeg and ginger if you have it. I prefer dried bananas for oatmeal. Fresh bananas just turn to mush when you expose them to heat, but banana chips hold their form. Frozen berries are also better than fresh imo for oatmeal. The frozen berries sort of dethaw in the oats and don't liquefy too quickly. Fresh berries are better for salads and smoothies.

Maple and brown sugar are always welcome, too.
