It's a good job. Great benefits. It can be very mentally taxing at times. You have to stay mentally tough and have thick skin. I get by with humor. Just laugh at the craziness. It's just a place I go to for parts of my day that isn't real life. Once I leave, I leave all the bullshit there.

We train through at an academy. Somewhat similar to police. The starting wage is somewhere around 45 thousand and goes up yearly. You can easily make much more with overtime pay. Some guys have made over 100k a year.

It's not a crazy great wage. Starting pay is low 20s an hour. Topoit is low 30s. Imagine the hours you'd have to work to stretch that over 100k. I was just stating it's been done, so it's possible. Most yearly salaries don't hit that but most, don't hit the minimum either
