Oats
Quinoa/Amaranth/Buckwheat
Lentils/Beans/Pea's
Nuts
Tofu/Tempeh/soy yoghurt/Insect crickets protein bar(oke not 100% vegan)
Vegetables (Broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, mushrooms are high per cal in protein, so lots of those)

Been losing about a pound per week for my first month back lifting. (down 4ish lbs, now at 205/ 6' 1" Gains have been good, +40lbs on bench etc..

This for me. Proteins are salmon, pork, and chicken. Carbs are almost always brown rice, wheat bread, fruits. I actually have trouble balancing it sometimes.
