It's easy OP, same way you grow your muscles. Just move weight but make sure you're not engaging your muscles and instead engaging your tendons. Progressive overload is still key so make sure not to be too pussy with the weight.
Tendons are most acellular so it takes about three months or so for a change to occur. So lift and weight (I am so clever I know)
Static holds are believed by some bodybuilders to strengthen the tendons.

You're not gonna get any real measurable hypertrophy but doing band work for very high reps will help your connective tissue, joint pain and recovery a lot.
Stuff like facepulls, pullaparts, pushdowns, band curls and reverse hypers are really good.
