been doing heavy weighted dips, but how do i get my pecs to pop like that??

Great, I have maintained small nipples despite having noticeably large pecs. Just kinda wish my middle insert didn't ride up so much, I have more of a rounded lower shape than a nice square.

I have shitty chest genetics and find flyes to be better than bench

Guess I should say what I already do.

Bench Press about a measly 100
Dumbell press/incline 30lbs
Push ups 3 times a week during bodyweight training
Flat back dumbell flies (heard doing them laying on the ground is better to hit chest than arms)

What else do I add to my chest day?

My flat dumbbell bench is increasing in weight more than regular barbell bench.
