What is Thicc Mode?

I like to have the higher back volume for health and safety etc. Probably gonna add some curls onto my light day because I feel like I'm getting some elbow impingement.

Would you guys recommend a different set/rep scheme on the strength days? I feel like I benefit from doing less reps at a heavier weight, also thinking of changing the 1x6 to either 2x6 or 3x6

Deadlift: 435lbs.
Ohp: 165lbs
Atg squat: 310lbs
Parallel squat: 375lbs (hurt my legs last year. Doing Atg instead of parallel as according to fit parallel doesn't count.)
Hip thrust: 425lbs
Bodyfat: 25%-30%? Bodyfat scales say 20-25% but I'm skeptical.

Doing strength training for legs mon, wed and Fri. So squats, deads and leg press on one rotation. And squats, hip thrusts and other Glute work the other.

Chest and tris Tuesday.
Upper back and bis Thursday.
And lastly shoulders sometime on the weekend.

Routine is weird since I go to the gym with some other peeps for non leg day stuff.

Gonna try to go /thicc/ mode lads. Made the mistake of trying to cut down to 11-12% bf, and I am NOT built for that (wide hips, big rib cage, slight lordosis, etc)

This was me 5 days ago, mid PSMF. Before that I did 2 and a half months of a low carb cut at 1700-1900 cals per day. The top pic is where I started from.

5 days later I jumped straight into a massive refeed, then a continuous heavy bulk.

Thanks. But I could look better. I changed from lp to several splits after 2 years to workout with my college roommates. While still doing 5x5 per compound movement. Did intermediate 2 years later after college and a few splits changing the routine bimonthly.

Doing 3 leg days a week to make up for my small Legs:

Leg day A)
3x5 Atg squat (5x5 thrice a week might be a bit much.
3x5 deadlift
5x5 leg press

Leg day b:
5x5 Atg squat
5x5 hip thrust
4x12 glute kickbacks
4x12 hip abductors and adductors
