I can tell because you obviously are on gear and you do train upper body well, but because your on a brosplit you probably hate the leg day and put nowhere near enough effort in. Steroids are there so you can do a lot of work load and benefit from all that workload, but if you train the body part poorly it won't grow and give steroid tier results, hence why your legs look natty compared to upper body.

I always felt like a twig and wanted to get bigger. i got some progress. At 2013 still felt like a twig and tried getting bigger. It seems all that got bigger was my core and it's fat may arms/chest stayed the same, no noticeable muscle gains 2015. In 2017 biggest gains i made were ironically by losing weight and achieved my best body yet, which still feels like a twig. from this experience my conclusion is that this is why my frame allows me to achieve and this is my max. Am I right ? Can i say this is as big as i get ?
