All this talk about them being "fake nattys" is just coming from people who don't understand the concept of time, and photo tricks. This talk about them somehow being natty comes from "people" who don't understand the concept of the natty limit. You don't just keep getting bigger if you keep lifting, it doesn't work like that. If you haven't hit your pinnacle after 3 years you're just doing it wrong. Starting at 14 he will have taken longer to peak because a 14 y/o can't gain as much as an adult. But by the time he was 18 or 19 he should have hit his natty limit. But then he kept getting bigger and now his arms are Arnie-tier and there's actually retarded teenagers falling for it.

Alan Thrall and Buff Dudes have both helped me out significantly though. Alan Thrall actually really helped with my barbell row form, and buff dudes really helped with my benches, squats and dips.
And then sometimes I just find individual videos and know nothing of the rest of their channels but the advice in the single videos really helps me out, such as
