Is this the real life or my time management just sucks?
I have no more than 2 hrs a day to spend with my friends or gf or doing things I like..
How do ppl even have time for hobbies, reading books, watching tv, .. not mention having a family? If I want to watch a movie or go out with friends I actually have to plan for it and usually skip some other things that i would do that day.

eh - I work on wallstreet and your schedule pretty much hits mine. I legitamately have to plan out weekday drinking around my lifting.

I feel you OP. I've been trying to lift and generally self improve, but it doesn't fit into my schedule.

Listen to audio books and podcasts when commuting, cooking, and doing other chores.

Sleep 6 hours, you don't need more than that.

Do bulk chores on a designated rest day like Sundays i.e. all your cooking/shopping/cleaning, etc.
