>6am wake up >7am start work >4pm get home from work >4:30pm go to gym >6pm get home from gym >8pm done with all my chores (shopping, cooking, doing laundry, dishes, general housekeeping...) >barely 2 hrs of free time >10pm go to bed bcs waking up in 8 hrs
Is this the real life or my time management just sucks? I have no more than 2 hrs a day to spend with my friends or gf or doing things I like.. How do ppl even have time for hobbies, reading books, watching tv, .. not mention having a family? If I want to watch a movie or go out with friends I actually have to plan for it and usually skip some other things that i would do that day.
Teach me how to live, oh, Veeky Forums.

eh - I work on wallstreet and your schedule pretty much hits mine. I legitamately have to plan out weekday drinking around my lifting.
I'm loving my life. Like user mentioned - weekends bro

I'm surprised you do these things daily. Also

I actually enjoy it most of the time, but yeah, you need to take off days every now and then. Makes me wonder how would it be possible to have a decent relationship with schedules like yours or mine.

>wake up at 4 >be at work by 5 >work until 9pm >sleep immediately no more lifting, no more life. At least the work is fulfilling.

pm get home from gym pm done with all my chores
that's your problem right there. >Do your ''chores'' once a week on your day off >buy a freezer and fill it up so you don't have to go to the grocery store all the time >meal prep twice a week, one of those days being your day off >sacrifice an hour or 2 of sleep once in a while. 6-7 hours of sleep is viable

I feel you OP. I've been trying to lift and generally self improve, but it doesn't fit into my schedule.
>5:00 am - Wake up >5:00-5:30 - Meditate >5:30-6:30 - Shower and groom >6:30-7:00 - Read nonfiction >7:00-8:30 - Haircut >8:30-9:00 - Commute to work while eating >9:00-5:00 - Work >5:00-5:30 - Come back home >5:30-7:00 - Eat >7:00-9:00 - Read nonfiction >9:00-10:00 - Groom >10:00-10:30 - Meditate >10:30 - Sleep
I honestly don't think you can be Chad without being born rich and not having to work.

Listen to audio books and podcasts when commuting, cooking, and doing other chores.
Sleep 6 hours, you don't need more than that.
Do bulk chores on a designated rest day like Sundays i.e. all your cooking/shopping/cleaning, etc.
