Holy shit my gym's dumbbells only go to 150 and I thought that was a lot. How are you doing those? Crush grip, goblet? At any rate thats very impressive and I'm sure your back squat has the potential to grow. You have the strength, you just need mobility, form, repetition, and confidence.

Some Nike Metcon Reppers. Needed some gym shoes since I'm going to Uni (finally) and always just worked out barefoot at my home gym. Didn't really want to splurge on "weightlifting" shoes and I've seen people who lift more than me wearing these so I figure they're good enough for me
