Do you even have to ask?

Mind sharing it?

Having a bodypart split and improvising every time you get there, duh

SS + GOMAD

SS+GOMAD

anything up to 4

SS + a good diet

I think you'll find that anything 5 and beyond is the acceptable answer.

this

SS + COUNT CALORIES/PROTEIN + SLEEP 9 HOURS

none, if you have good nutrition go hard in the gym and stay consistent then you are gonna have comparable progress on many programs. the key is simply linear progression as a beginner, as long as you can steadily increase weight on the big lifts your program is good.

ICF+ extra day for additional ab/forearm/calf work

You're a retard for listening to anything he says. You deserve the sub par life you no doubt live

Get big

It's Starting Strength.

Virtually every elite athlete uses a form of SS. It emphasizes all-around functional strength and basic, fundamental movements. It is also the most clinically studied routine.

beginner, SS+GOMAD fagit. or one of the million 5x5s (Madcow and Stronglifts are A+)

intermediate, definitely the 5/3/1. so customizable based on what you wanna do. you can get big, you can compete in powerlifting meets, you can train for a sport, all while getting consistent strength gains.

Bitch nigga

what are your goals?

Aside from the beginner routines, Candito's 6 week program has been my best choice.

It's fun, diverse and not least the gains are great. If you look to improve your PR by 20lbs in 6 week i suggest giving it a shot.

If you think any 'one size fits all' training routine is any good, then you're fucking up.

Every body is different. Sure, there are some exercises that everybody should be doing, but beyond that you have to identify your specific weaknesses and limiters and find specific exercises that address those weaknesses and limiters. Too many atheletes train with no real 'plan' to speak of, going to the gym and doing whatever they feel like on any given day, usually working in areas where they're already strong instead of where they're deficient and need to improve. In the case of most of Veeky Forums (those who actually lift, instead of just talking about it) you're doing 'meme' exercises that you're told over and over again you 'have' to do, but there's no rhyme or reason as to why you're supposed to do them -- and you're ruthlessly mocked and ridiculed if you don't do them.

tl,dr version: Stop asking for 'GOAT routines', determine what you specifically actually NEED to be doing to achieve your goals, and design your own training plan around that.

If you're a beginner then SS
If you're intermediate then something you made to fit your needs using Practical Programming for Strength
If you're advanced lolidunno, conjugate maybe.
This is all for strength though, if you want mass gains I highly recommend some type of German Volume Training to an intermediate (potentially frauding) lifter.

What defines intermediate?

bench bodyweight, squat double bw, deadlift double bw+

or just go off of strength standards or symmetric strength

Pretty much what everyone has said.

SS or some variation for beginners.

Then something like Texas Method or Madcow for intermediates.
