Average running speed was at about 3.1 miles in 30 mins.
I fucked up my foot and it took about a month or 2 to heal, so now i'm back building it up again.
is this achievable natty?
That's about 10km/h, i usually run at 13km/h but I can also sustain 15km/h for quite a while.
Initially i started running because i didn't want to wait for the bus and wanted to get home fast, so i ended up building speed too instead of just endurance.
Also my legs are pretty long, guess that's an advantage.
