1 year, workout 5 days a week, but wieght gainers and eat a lot

Heavy sets, 1 hour to 1 and half hour in the gym

Fatigue those muscles then take your wieght gainer, you will see progress in less than a year

Kinda true. My body pretty much looks like his when flexing muscles, everything marked as he, just without volume because I ain't even hit a gym in my life and all I've ever done is casual bodyweight exercises and lots and lots of cardio.

No matter how many people it triggers, the fact is that low percent of body fat matters far more than muscle mass if you're going for aesthetics. i.e. the looks of a soccer player are better than those of a powerlifter.
