Is this for real? I can find studies about vitamin D and testosterone but I can't find shit about sunlight on balls.

The absolutely two most important things, bar none:

- cut down fat. fat converts test to est, and the more fat you have, the more dispersed your test is, making it less effective. I cut from 25%bf to 15%, and the increase in test was insane.
- get enough sleep

Other stuff:

- Avoid testosterone lowering foods (you can find plenty of lists online, major offenders are partially hydrogenated oils/transfats. Some really healthy stuff like flax seeds and salad also lowers testosterone a bit, you gotta figure out where you want to draw the line.)
- eat things that are thought to help increase testosterone production -- olive oil, saturated fats etc. (Again, you'll find plenty of lists online. A lot of stuff that helps testosterone is high cholesterol (and hence may adversely affect heart health) so you have to again figure out where you want to draw the line. Starting to eat 10 eggs a day is probably not the best idea in the long run)
- get sun and take vit. D supplements
- take zinc supplements

I was taking a lot of it for about a week (about 300% in pills alone). Got a little shaky personally, but my energy levels were really high. I took it for cum production, didn't notice much in that department.

I have 500 mg tablets of Maca, but it hasn't done shit for me. Maybe my dosage isn't high enough. I take 4 pills in the morning. But my libido is still low as fuck.

I've also tried taking 4mg of Yohimbe, and also 150mg of Tongkat per day and I don't think that's had any effect either...

150mg of Tongkat Ali is not enough per day. You need to be taking 300-600 mg a day. You can space that out in two doses. You also have to ensure it's the real stuff. Lots of fakes.

I haven't tried those others, but read a while ago Tongkat is the king of natural herbs for libido. I just take tongkat, DHEA (I'm a bit older now, 29), l-arginine, and creatine before workouts - great success.

Also, get the powder form and a microgram scale. Pills are overpriced. I bought enough 100:1 tongkat from Bulk Supplements on Amazon for like 25 dollars that will last close to a year.

I think that should be fine. I just mix them all with juice or water. It tastes really bitter, but it's not a big deal to me. Some people can't take it. Good luck!

Also, you are going to have a hard time measuring that without a scale. It's just going to be a bag with the pulverized root. You don't want to use too much. I think like the end of a table spoon might be about what it looks like when I do 300mg. It's best to weigh these though.
