The only thing i use is mass gainers and i used for 4 months maybe, theres none left and i dont know if i should just buy more and keep eating or go full ottermode to get some self esteem and not kill myself.

Just ate constantly, clean, dirty (somedays) but i would take a half dose of mass gainer twice a day or with eachmeal. Then I started to get stronger and then bigger, im 224 now and I'm trying to bulk to 230
I eat a container of tender loans almost errday

Taking a little time to correct my bench and get chest strength up, plan on dropping weight later into the summer.

You should be bulking and lifting heavy. a lot of you idiots dont seem to understand you need a good strength base to start cutting, you look like you don't lift at all. the 1/2/3/4 standard should not be a meme, you should hit those numbers before you cut
