I shower cold regularly, was wondered what's the biochemistry behind that.

I think it activates the flight or fight response in your body when exposed to the cold water shocking your system and being flooded with adrenaline thus giving you more testosterone however you must have a spare supply of it and it won't stack with your normal levels its just more of a spike. Best to have one in the morning as cold showers are not good for gains.

Mine were 12.1. Range on the NHS is 9 up to 35. So I wasn't low enough for TRT, but it would explain all my symptoms - panic attacks, anxiety, poor appetite, low muscle tone.

I dont think so. Allicin is hard to get. its half life is just 2.5 mins. And it only appears in raw garlic 10 mins after crushing it and exposing to air.

There are 2 ways to get allicin from garlic:

Buy a garlic crusher, and crush bulbs without peeling. saves tonnes of time.

The high amount of stress would most likely increase cortisol production which can in turn decrease gains. How obvious is it to tell if you have low test in your early twenties? I'm low bf%, strong jawline, not tired often, and generally pretty confident, but my lifts aren't progressing linearly even at noob gains babbyweight (135 lb bench) and I never get random boners anymore.
